This website is operated by Twisted Sisters Scoops. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Twisted Sisters Scoops. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 – MYSTERY PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All products sold by Twisted Sisters Scoops are mystery/surprise items. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Specific beads, prizes, colors, styles, or item values are not guaranteed
  • The contents of each scoop are randomized and selected at our discretion
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued based on the items received
  • You are purchasing the mystery experience, not a specific product

SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

SECTION 3 – PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

SECTION 5 – ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the mystery nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Twistedsisters.scoops@gmail.com and we will make it right.

SECTION 6 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations, or to transmit any unsolicited commercial communications.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Twisted Sisters Scoops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

SECTION 10 – PET-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT DISCLAIMER

Please be advised that Twisted Sisters Scoops operates in a pet-friendly environment. While we take care to maintain a clean and safe workspace, our products are handled and packaged in a home that has pets present. If you or the recipient of your order has pet allergies or sensitivities, please consider this before purchasing.
