Due to the mystery and surprise nature of our bead scoop products, all sales are final. When you purchase a Mystery Bead Scoop from Twisted Sisters Scoops, you are purchasing the experience of the reveal — specific beads, prizes, or items are not guaranteed and cannot be requested, exchanged, or returned.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The contents of each scoop are randomized and selected at our discretion
- Specific colors, styles, prize values, or bead types cannot be guaranteed
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued based on the items received
- You are purchasing the mystery experience, not a specific product
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We take great care to ensure every scoop is packed with love and value. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Twistedsisters.scoops@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will do our best to make it right.
PET-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT
Please be advised that our products are handled and packaged in a pet-friendly home environment. If you or the recipient has pet allergies or sensitivities, please consider this before purchasing. This does not qualify as grounds for a return or refund.
