SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 10-14 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States Only)

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping for 1-2 scoops is $11.99, shipping for 3-5 scoops is $17.99. Estimated delivery time is 8-10 business days after shipment, depending on your location.  Each product ships separately and shipping is charged per item ordered. If you purchase multiple different products, a shipping fee will apply to each item in your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Twisted Sisters Scoops is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us at Twistedsisters.scoops@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

PET-FRIENDLY PACKAGING ENVIRONMENT

Please note that all orders are packed in a pet-friendly home environment. If you or the recipient has pet allergies or sensitivities, please consider this before purchasing.
